| F. H. Garland (known as "Bud") has been in real estate in Harney County for over 40 years, starting his own real estate firm in 1965. He is past president of the Harney County Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees and Shrine Club. Bud has been a member of the Harney County Fair Board for 22 years and was selected as the Grand Marshal of the Fair Parade in 2001. He has been a member of Harney County Board of Equalization for 15 years, is a 45 year member of the Burns Elks Lodge and a past Grand Master of the Masonic Lodge. | |

| Mary Jo has been in the real estate business for over 19 years. She is currently a sales associate specializing in residential and mini-ranch properties. Mary Jo has a B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and is a former branch manager of Western Savings and Loan. | |
